Esther Henselmans is a founder and Managing Director of Premier Focus Partners, with more than eighteen years of experience as a business manager and management consultant.

Esther has a solid background and proven track record in successfully collaborating with organizations to improve their internal structures and streamline/organize their business practices. Her expertise in efficiencies in the workplace has been utilized by all of her clients.

Esther has worked at several top financial institutions and in the health care industry, with an expertise in . KYC, AML and OFAC, Equity & Fixed Income trading processes and Exchange trading applications and processes

Esther's experience extends to the area's of procurement, human resource, risk management, information technology, operations and disaster recovery.  

Alex Heo is a founder and Managing Director of Premier Focus Partners. Alex has more than twenty years of experience in the Financial Services Industry and extensive knowledge of Systems Architecture and Data Management. Alex has significant experience with topics like Mutual Funds Operations, Equity & Fixed Income trading systems, Exchange Trading applications and processes, Syndicated Loans, Cash Management and Global Reference Data Management including client / customer, account, product, political entity, industry segment, coverage, entity to entity hierarchy, OFAC sanctions, AML, and corporate actions.

Alex has a successful track record of delivering value to executives and senior managers related to Data Warehousing, Business Process Re-engineering, Technology Value Management and Risk management.

Gene Kelly is a founder and Managing Director of Premier Focus Partners. Gene has over 15 years experience in management consulting. Gene has led engagements for over 50 clients focusing on initiative creation, selection, and management of projects both large and small.

Gene's seasoned approach to business analysis and project management, as well as his strong interpersonal and communication skills, have led to significant achievements in the areas of technology outsourcing, business process development, re-engineering and project management. He has provided these services for industry leaders across a wide variety of sectors including financial services, insurance, health care, and entertainment.

His extensive experience includes knowledge in Mutual Funds, Equity & Fixed Income trading, operational and technology outsourcing.

Gene received his bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science from the Fordham University in New York.
